Concierge Nanny Services operates as a liaison for nannies who are wanting a simple solution for applying to nanny positions. We do not collect any fees from nannies. When a nanny applies for a position or applies in general to be placed in our nanny data base, our local office will contact you within 48 hours. We will have the background checks completed, references checked, verify CPR and Lifeguard Certification and conduct an extensive interview.
Once, everything is verified we will contact the family for them to meet with you in a public place for their interview. If a family decides that you are the best fit for their family, we will contact you immediately. We will handle payroll services and you will receive your pay via direct deposit if you are employed by the agency. Some families select to be the employer and in that case they will manage all payroll and benefits.
We conduct an extensive background check on all nanny applicants, this includes sex offender registry, drug testing, felonies, safe driving record, history of child abuse or neglect, and verify 3 professional and character references. After applying and submitting your application, you will receive an email shortly after from our background screening source. You must authorize for the background check to be considered for a open position. We also require that each nanny have infant/child CPR certification, and Lifeguard certification. At the end of the application, you must upload all required documents and sign and submit the completed application to be considered for any position.
If a child has any intellectual or physical disabilities, the nanny must have experience working with children who have intellectual and physical disabilities to apply or inquire such a position.
